Play as the first female protagonist, Aveline de Grandpre, who seeks to exact revenge on the despots who committed atrocities against her people.
The gameplay of these third-person perspective games sees the player exploring an open-world environment and maintains focus on free-running and stealth elements. The player has to complete missions, such as assassinating prominent figures, to progress through the main storyline; many attacks and weapons are at your disposal to do so.
