Could be way better
The PS4 clearly is a great gadget and my son loves it. The seller however did not ship "call of duty WWII"and replaced it with a less desired game. We had already loaded games and other personal stuff on PS4 and did not want to return the system. We only wanted the game replaced and Flipkart support does not have a process in place to address this issue with seller.
Suggestion : Flipkart needs to have a process for partial returns/replacements OR follow up with seller for the correct ord...

Overall Everything is Good.
About the Product :
1. Product packaging was not sealed. But all the contents were properly packed inside the box. No scratches were present on any part.
2. Product is genuine, but no warranty card is found.
3. Console and Controller are absolutely genuine and working very well. No issues seen in 2 weeks of game play.
4. Console heats up fast due to short and compact size, so preferred to be kept in a place where there is enough space for heat sink.

Just wow!
Good delivery service. Although the sony ps4 bundle was pre opened. The altogether packing was well protected and packed. All product were available as promised including the WW2 game. A great gaming console to have for a awesome virtual experience, worth the price.Thank you.☺️👍🏼

Good choice
The PS4 is amazing and there doesn't seem to be a problem with it yet. the Packsge covr isn't what it shows, and you'll get a simple cover for the box, not a CoD one. also, the CoD DVD included was badly scratched. Apart from that, everything's okay.

Good support provided
Although delivery was bit delayed, but received the product on expected dat, however packaging should be done in more professional way as box from the outside was damaged from the various angles and was bit loosened up. Will write the product review once I use it.
