Q:Can we upgrade RAM as 12(installed Ram)+16(Extra slot)..Can this laptop justify the RAM upgradability as(12+16) or not?
A:Yes it is good. The system will treat 24 gb as dual channel another will be as a single channel. You will not feel any difference in real life usage. I also upgraded with 16gb.
